Mahfuza holds a Master’s in Business Administration in HRM, She is an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional with over 25 years of experience. She began as HR Assistant and worked her way up to become a HR Manager. As HR practitioner, Mahfuza has various experience in HR spectrum such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and engagement, policy implementation, industrial relation and HR project management.
